this is the second icon pack of 'windows 7.1' folders. in both packs you have more than 60 icons. all icons are in 256 128 48 32 24 16 px / true colours.

i don't know if i will do a third part. if yes, then propably only for my needs, but i can always change my mind ;D

i do not use any program. ijust do two tricks.
first trick apply to folders created by you, and most common folders. it is known from windows xp. just right click on folder chose properties->customize->change icon
from new window click search and find a icon you wish to place as your folder icon. after that just click few times ok etc. you know what i mean.
if you wish to change a system folder icon, for example in your user folder (my documents, videos, music, ...) you can't use this method because it do not works.
but it is possible. here is this trick:

you onu need a program to edit icon resources like IcoFX (i using this program) and icons. good luck and thank for fav.
